The ethica products are all made in Lac-Drolet and sold and shipped in Canada only. Federal and provincial sale taxes are applicable based on the shipping address.

Shipping
Your order will be shipped within five (5) working days following your order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number at time of shipping. Delivery delays may occur depending on norms and limitations of the carrier.

Shipping fees
Less than 100$ before sale taxes: fees will be charged
More than 100$ before sale taxes: shipping is graciously offered by Attraction

Returns
If the purchased item does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us after requesting a return authorization number (RAN) by email at contactinfo@attraction.com.

We will need your name, your full address, the order number, and the reason for the return. You must mail the item at your expense in original condition, not worn or washed, within 5 business days following the issuance of the RAN.

Your purchase will be credited to the same method of payment used within 10 business days following receipt of the returned item at our premises.

*Important: all masks are final sales and cannot be returned for credit.
